  1. When will my product ship out? Your product will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If your item is a pre-order, you will be notified through email when your product is shipped.
  2. How much does shipping cost? The shipping cost is $3.00 if only one product is bought. If more than one item is bought then shipping is FREE.
  3. How long before I receive my product? You should receive your product within 2-8 days after you placed your order. Keep in mind that this is an estimated time frame. Weather and holidays can affect shipping. Please contact us through the "Contact" page if you do not receive your items during that time frame. Allow extra time due to COVID-19.
  4. Do you ship to countries other than the United States? Sorry Loves! At the moment, we do not ship to any other countries than the United States.
  5. What shipping carrier do you use? The carrier that is used to ship out your products is USPS.
  6. How do I track my product? Track your products using the tracking number sent to your email after your order was shipped.
  7. What is your privacy policy? Is it safe to shop using my card? Our privacy policy is that your information is not shared with any third parties. Your card is processed securely using Stripe.
